Out of town guests who are flying to the wedding have the option of two airports

1) Grand Rapids (GRR): Gerald Ford International Airport (recommended)

2) Kalamazoo (AZO): Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport 

Although Kalamazoo (AZO) airport is closer to the wedding location, this airport is limited to only three airlines (American, Avelo, Delta) and only connects to Chicago O'Hare, Orlando and Detroit.

For most out of town guests seeking a direct flight, GRR will be the most convenient and economical choice. GRR is serviced by both traditional and low cost carriers, including American, Delta, United, Southwest, Frontier and Allegiant.

Train Service

Are you not a fan of flying? Don't enjoy long road trips? The Amtrak Wolverine provides thrice daily rail service between Kalamazoo and Chicago’s Union Station, which connects to points all across the country.

Ground Transportation

GRR Airport is served by all major rental car companies including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, Dollar, National and Alamo.

Be advised that it usually takes just under 1 hour to drive between GRR and downtown Kalamazoo.

AZO Airport is served by Avis, Budget, National and Hertz rental car companies.

The Radisson provides a complimentary shuttle for hotel guest to and from AZO Airport (but not GRR). A pre-booked shuttle appointment is required to use this service.
